I’ve always been relatively fit, having been through numerous gym memberships, aerobics classes a fitness boot camp here and there, but I’ve never really been one to run for long periods of time… cardio exercises I can do, but just running sheeesh!
So it became my partner in crimes sole challenge to get me to run every day with him and though in the start I was certain I would need to go see a doctor to get out of it, cause my lungs felt like they were on fire, and that couldn’t possibly be normal, I stuck through it. Every evening I’ve continued to go along and two weeks later I believe it’s going well and I have made quite and improvement. Next week we will take a longer route… I’m looking forward to the challenge!
