Spring has really set in, for everyone else except those of us here in the Cape, with temperatures dropping as the weekend draws near. A few weeks before the month of September comes around, most of us got to pulling up our gym socks and got to seriously working off the extra load we packed on through the colder season.
One thing that I really struggle with through winter is eating right, but thank God for the September issues!
Usually, sought after for their wonderful spring launches, catalogues and fresh hot looks to wear in our favorite time of the year, but what I also love is how they spread the spirit of good health.
