Mag Motivation!

Spring has really set in, for everyone else except those of us here in the Cape, with temperatures dropping as the weekend draws near. A few weeks before the month of September comes around, most of us got to pulling up our gym socks and got to seriously working off the extra load we packed on through the colder season.

One thing that I really struggle with through winter is eating right, but thank God for the September issues!
Usually, sought after for their wonderful spring launches, catalogues and fresh hot looks to wear in our favorite time of the year, but what I also love is how they spread the spirit of good health.

Getting back into shape after winter can sometimes be a challenge, but with some support from some of my favourite magazines, there’s no way you can go wrong. From all you need to know about those popular diets you’ve heard so much about, like Banting, Atkins and Paleo, and summaries of the best exercises for toned arms, legs and all that good stuff, it will have you well versed on what’s what and have you rearing to go!

Through Shaded Eyes (TSE) is the brainchild of Tokelo Motsepe. A retail buyer and digital strategist with an addiction to blogging, this blog is a platform for my style, life and love for fashion to be shared. What started as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the world, has now become a place to let out my passion for fashion & writing, in-between time spent at work, traveling, or doing everything else life throws at me… it has become a form of expression and I hope it can inspire and encourage you to also share!

  1. Never heard the term banting before…learn something new everyday. I find with exercise, you have to do what you enjoy, whether it's a zumba class, spin class or karate class. Just enjoy!www.ubetterwork.blogspot.com
