Every year and season there has to be an “it”  handbage or fabric, and this year’s must have colour, dubbed by the people at the Pantone Color Institute as Marsala. To some it may be Burgandy and to others, Maroon… but those are old and not “it” at all. This deep red shade can suit just about every skin tone and can easily be found in almost every product line.

Marsala enriches our mind, body and soul, exuding confidence and stability. Marsala is a subtly seductive shade, one that draws us in
to its embracing warmth.

I feel this colour is perfect for winter, so rich and warm, it looks great on so many different types of fabrications, stunning on nails and accessories, and can be quite bold on lips (just though it would be over kill with this look). It doesn’t always have to be worn from head to toe like I have hear, because what I have found is that this is a colour that goes along well with many other colours, blue (denim), black, pink, grey, fatigue (army green) etc. so you will not have any problems mixing and matching this new hue with the rest of your closet.
